Re: Change of Ownership Williamstown Sheetmetal P/L

This notice is to formally announce the business assets of Williamstown Sheetmetal P/L have been sold to Able Industries Engineering P/L (Able) effective 1 July 2017.

The fume extraction business (OSKAR) is not part of the business transaction and will remain with the vendor, Steve Watts.

Able commenced business operations in 1976 and have two manufacturing factories based in South Kingsville, and Spotswood,  and provide metal fabrication, design engineering, specialised painting, and installation services to a variety of customers in the defence, alternate energy, public infrastructure, architecture and transport industries. Able is a family owned SME and employs approximately 60 staff including tradespeople, engineers, project managers, and administration staff, and is pleased to have the opportunity to purchase the business. The Martyn family have had a long association with Steve Watts and are excited about the possibilities this business brings to the Able Group.
